Jim Wells shares with us his popular blogging site "My Bossier". And how this blog has become an additional resource for the people's voice. Jim  is a native of Bossier Parish, Louisiana.  After a 'working life' that involved living in three other states, he is now back home and has been blogging for five years.  Jim and his wife have two children, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild due on February 29th, which incidentally is their 40th wedding anniversary.  

Michelle Sutton is a social worker who has been writing romantic fiction for over seven years and is a member of American Christian Fiction Writers, as well as an avid book reviewer and blogger on a variety of sites. She founded Edgy Christian Fiction Lovers social networking site which has over 1000 members. Southeastern Arizona is where Michelle calls home. She loves being surrounded by mountains and clean air, which inspires many of her novels. She and her husband are approaching twenty-one years of marriage and their two sons will begin their second year of college in August. She is the author of a dozen novels releasing through Dec 2011 and and additional six new titles and two re-releases are scheduled to happen between 2012 and 2014. She presently has three publishers.

June 6-10: National Summer Feeding Progam Week. During the school year, more than 21 million children receive free and reduced-price breakfast and lunch through the School Breakfast and National School Lunch Programs. When school lets out, many of these children face a higher risk for hunger. Hunger can make children more prone to illness and other health issues. The Summer Food Service Program is designed to fill the nutrition gap during summer to make sure children get the nutritious meals they need.
