New Japan Pro Wrestling’s first US show has one stacked card: Okada Vs. Cody, Elgin Vs. Kenny Omega, Juice Robinson vs. Zack Sabre Jr, Tanahashi vs. Billy Gunn! There is something for everyone on the G1 Special. Strowman has been cleared to return. The Monster among Men could appear on TV very soon, along with John Cena, who is returning from his latest batch of filming as a “free agent” in the WWE. There were some good matches, but most of the show was buying time, waiting for the upcoming PPV to advance story lines.
