We want the show to inspire you to take action and to give you some of the tools you need to be successful in business, sport, and life in general. Athlete on Fire is all about the journey. We ask our athletes things that will bring value to the listener, the athlete, and even us. This includes daily workouts, training regimens, health and fitness tips, and general success habits. Enjoy and if you can't figure out what to do, at the very least, move.
Our guest started eating vegetarian and ended up qualifying for the Boston Marathon. That is just where his journey starts. The founder of NoMeatAthlete.com has great insights on everything from the power of deliberate practice to a simple answer on why you should try eating a vegetarian diet.
