In the 12 round Main Event, NABO Middleweight Champion Brian Vera (21-6-0, 12 KOs) of Austin, Texas defends his title against former WBO Jr. Middleweight World Champion Sergiy “Razor” Dzinziruk (37-1-1, 24 KOs) of Ukraine. Vera, currently ranked #4 in the WBO Middleweight division, won the NABO title in August. Dzinziruk fought to a draw against Jonathan Gonzalez (15-0-1, 13 KOs) at Turning Stone September 1 on HBO's “Boxing After Dark.” We will catch up with him to speak on the importantance of this fight 20-year-old junior middleweight Daquan Arnett (9-0, 6 KO) will face Mid-Atlantic prospect Brandon Quarles (9-0-1, 2 KO) of Virginia. Arnett, from Florida, is considered a legitimate prospect, He had a very busy year this year and looks to keep that pace by fighting in the second we of the new year. Thaboxingvoice will recap last nights events including, but not limited to, the junior middleweight showdown between Austin Trout and Miguel Cotto. After last night, some questions were answered in regards to the class of fight Trout is and will be. As for Cotto, he may be a lot closer to the end of the road than we all expected. Of course, it wouldn't be boxing without some controversy and that was provided by some lopsided scorecards turned in by the judges and although Trout deserved the win he didn't win it in the fashion he was awarded. Also, we'll be talking about Joan Guzman's loss, David Price's Friday bout and Tyson Fury's Saturday bout. We will also discuss Paul Spadafora's win last night and the implications it could have on the surrounding divisions.

On today's show we will have Mike Stafford who trains Adrien Broner. Stafford joins us a few weeks after Broner's career best victory over Antonio Demarco. Perhpas Stafford can help answer questions regarding Broner's future and the division in which he will likely particpate in come 2013. We will also be talking with light heavyweight contender Jean Pascal who will be in action December 14th against Aleksy Kuziemski. Pascal has been out of action since May 2011 when he lost to Bernard Hopkins. If victorious on the 14th, Pascal could end up facing Chad Dawson in a rematch. Carlos Molina will also be joining us, discussing his December 15th bout with Amir Khan. Molina will try to captialize off of a career defining victory over an opponent in Khan who has lost 2 fights in a row. Molina will have to overcome a move up in weight from 135lbs to 140lbs. Event coordinator Lester Bedford will be on the show as well, he'll discuss his role in boxing over the years and his role in some of Texas' biggest boxing attractions this year, which include the Nonito Donaire-Jorge Arce card in Houston on the 15th.
