 EP 14: Everyone’s a f@#%&*$ critic | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 59:51

Adam and Erika get a little geeky, a little nerdy, and a little outraged this episode. The duo kick off debating the definition of geeky vs. nerdy, and segue into critiquing Kanye West's Bound 2 and comparing his talent to amateur rappers, including Winnipeg locals Winnipeg's Most. The duo both attempt to rap, and Erika lays down a saucy little set she came up with over the summer. They debate what constitutes a Christian band, and Erika introduces Adam to Die Antwoord. Later, they talk about Ron Burgundy's appearance as a TSN Sports commentator at the Roar of the Rings curling tournament. Erika doesn't understand the appeal or science of curling and Adam tries to explain it.

The group discusses the future of video games – like blockbuster Hollywood actors acting in video games, to the Oculus Rift, a 3D virtual-reality game system. They chat about their favourite games, retro games, childhood games they never got to play, and the weirdest games they know. They debate the difference between PC gaming vs console gaming. Later, Adam talks about trading lunch snacks in school like he was in jail, and Albertine chats about the challenges of being gluten-free. This episode has everything from A to Zine!

 EP 12: Built Ford Tough | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:00:42

Recorded on Nov. 5, 2013 Five months after their pilot episode and the Crackstarter campaign kerfuffle, Adam and Erika are back full circle with a breaking Rob Ford update! The duo have a heated discussion about the public image of politicians, and Adam wonders about the psychology behind racism. Erika lightens the mood with some Ron Burgundy talk, which gets them going about whether male-centric movies are appealing to women and vice-versa. Adam describes his love-hate relationship with the HBO show Girls and Erika explains her disinterest in Lena Dunham. The pair round out the show with a mind-blowing marching band, retro video games, the disappointment and disbelief that comes from a faux-Full House reunion - and where Jodie Sweetin is now.

 EP 11: The Basement Tapes – Part 2 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:03:58

Part two of the "basement tapes" kicks off with aHalloween twist and the theme runs through the whole show, with discussion about everything from the nostalgia of filling up your pillowcase when you were a kid to the trend of kids trick-or-treating at the mall. The duo design an innovative new product called "The Crumb-Catcher", and Adam divulges that he wants to find out what it is that a XXX-hypnotist does. This kicks off a discussion about bullying, the new (probably) Columbine-inspired movie ‘The Dirties’, and the Kevin Smith Movie Club. Adam critiques the Breaking Bad finale (spoiler alert!) and Erika divulges her new goal in life (hint: it involves shooting lasers). The conversation turns to grocery shopping at Dollarama and the greeting card industry. Finally, the pair ponder the strange concept of night clubs for kids, and reminisce about their nerdy high school pasts - from setting up the sock-hop sound systems to joining Reach for the Top.

 EP 08: Sex, Subs, & Other Stuff | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 52:27

Erika is surprised by the fake Subway ad The Onion ran just before the 12th anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center. The pair talk about where they were when the planes hit on 9/11, what they remember about that day, and how their memory of the attack and its meaning probably differs from the memories younger and older generations have of the event. To lighten up, Erika plays a medley of isolated vocals from the Beatle's Abbey Road album, which sparks the age old question: do you prefer the Beatles or the Stones?

Wesley Keeley of Red River Radio fame guest hosts and dishes on his new radio show, Wes & the Goat in the Morning.
