Friendships are awesome. And I think I may have been on the tail-end of a wave, a scourge even, of heartless, war-torn families.. where friendships didn't often form. This song by the singer-songwriter, Wouter "Wally" De Backer, the "less of a musician, more of a tinkerer" international wonder known more popularly as Gotye, sums up the deep, internal reality of a love and a life set on fire. And what is it that YHWH promises to those who connect with Him by the faith gift He offers? Love. "God is love." (1st John 4:8) Yeshua said, "If you have seen me, you've seen the Father" (John 14:9) and "Father, I want those you have given to me to be with me, to be where I am. I want them to see my glory, which you gave me because you loved me before the world was made." (John 14:24) Love is awaiting us all - which will give us that love that founded this whole expectant place (Earth). (Romans 8:1-9... and verses 18-23!) 18 I consider our present sufferings insignificant compared to the glory that will soon be revealed to us. 19 All creation is eagerly waiting for God to reveal who his children are. 20 Creation was subjected to frustration but not by its own choice. The one who subjected it to frustration did so in the hope 21 that it would also be set free from slavery to decay in order to share the glorious freedom that the children of God will have. 22 We know that all creation has been groaning with the pains of childbirth up to the present time. 23 However, not only creation groans. We, who have the Spirit as the first of God's gifts, also groan inwardly. We groan as we eagerly wait for our adoption, the freeing of our bodies from sin.

I envision doing business in a new way - certainly not done as it was 20 years ago.. And not even limited to the managerial and "cloud-enabled" advances made over the past decade! I envision a business done by the "bride who has made herself ready!" Yeshua (Jesus) chose us on the Crucifixion Stake. He was tortured in propitiation for our spirits, our souls (minds, wills, emotions) and for our bodies (so we could be resurrected into His unfettered and eternal glory). He chose YOU. In fact, when you glance toward the heavens and think upon Him.. He states, as Solomon did, "You have emboldened Me, My sister, My bride; You have ravished My heart with one glance of your eyes, with one bead of your necklace." (Song of Solomon 4:9) And I believe business is to be done in the same fashion as this love affair from heaven! I've decided that when I do a big honkin', legally-correct business plan (and loan proposals and human relations agreements, etc.), I'm going to smartly incorporate (by YHWH's grace) into that plan and into each subsequent document two of my favorite legal treatises - born from heaven: Isaiah 58 and Matthew 5-7! The Fasting Handbook and the Yeshua's ONLY full-length Sermon. And this is why.. I want to make myself ready for this eternal destiny I'm being called into - my business should reflect that reality -> (Revelation 19:7) "Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready." (See Psalm 45 below) And here is one person who seems to be expressing the same "BRIDE MADE READY." It's an anthem, it's a business plan. It's a way of life to be cultivated for an eternity. Get into it now... before you regret time wasted. Psalm 45:1-2 My heart overflows with a good theme;          I address my verses to the King;          My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.  You are fairer than the sons of men;          Grace is poured upon Your lips;          Therefore God has blessed You forever. ... v. 13-14 The King’s daughter is all glorious within;          Her clothing is interwoven with gold. She will be led to the King in embroidered work;          The virgins, her companions who follow her,          Will be brought to You.

I just experienced kind of a beautiful clash of worlds here in KC. While looking at the website for Community Emergency Response Training (CERT) - which is a beautiful concept in and of itself (neighborhoods prepared to share with each other during crisis) - I looked over to the right and saw "Google" link! Google fiber!
