College Football Proposes New Rule Changes | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:02:00

Are there other solutions? How does it impact the Big Ten? We'll answer those questions and more, as well as give our take on the potential rule change. The second less controversial rule change involves the targeting rule. The proposed change would allow the officials to overturn the 15-yard penalty when they go to replay.  Hosted by Daniel Mogollon & Lloyd Ribner III
