Subsequently, he served as a Technical Engineer at Harley-Davidson Dealer Systems, solidifying his technical acumen and gaining hands-on engineering experience. In 2009, Thomas joined Mongoose Metrics as the Director of Engineering, where he leveraged his engineering expertise to drive product development. He then transitioned to DialogTech, assuming the role of Senior Director of Product Research, where he led strategic product research initiatives for over seven years. During this period, Thomas demonstrated his ability to innovate, laying the groundwork for his subsequent roles as Vice President of Innovation at Securable.io and Vice President of Engineering at AMG Marketing Resources.
