Well, well, well, this week marks my 100th podcast!  That's right, over 100 episodes of this crazy program are available online for you, for free.  I can't believe I've stuck to this as long as I have. Good times have been had and they will continue to be had! I start the show off in typical rant style and really go off about what it takes to make it in the work place today and why the hell I do this program like I do.  After I get that and all the fancy announcements for Supercharged Production out of the way, I introduce my guest.  And then we get down to business. This week my guest is the world traveler and international land owner, Troy Broussard.  Troy and I met through Papa Kevin Nations.  I'm intrigued by the lifestyle Troy lives.  Every time we talk he is on another continent.  I'm extremely envious of folks who are always traveling. It has not always been rainbows and sunshine for Troy.  He tells us of his struggles and his philosophy on how hitting the bottom is the only way you can bounce up.  Troy's story is strong and it really resonated with me.  Matter of fact, it will most likely hit you hard too, many of us have faced the same struggles in our journey. This week I had the pleasure of having my pal Cory Shanes with me again.  Besides his jenius work ethic and knowledge of marketing, he's a friend of mine.  Cory and I have gone to a Sublime concert together.  Nuff said. A few months back, Cory came on Social Media Maniacs with us and had some fun stuff to say. I knew Cory was an expert marketer when he sent me a text telling me he got a free dog bed for my dog Bruno as part of some new deal he's put together!  That's how you know you got a real friend, he even thinks of your dog. This week the show went international again.  I searched all across the globe to bring you top-notch talent and this one is no exception.  I welcome my guest John Blake all the way from Australia.  He's not only extremely handsome like Parker Winder, (see below) he's also a badass surfer and salesman. John and I talk about how to attract high end corporate clients.  John has worked with big brands like Volcom and Rip Curl. He's super skilled at what he does and has a knack for helping others reach out to big name brands and close them. As the show goes on we tell you how to break the corporate structure down to where you know who to contact.  We also cover how to overcome the fear of talking to the Big-Wig in a company.  John gives us a great tip on how to humanize any giant corporation. This is one of my favorite shows so far.  I've been such a HUGE fan of KBJ for a few years, it's crazy to think she is my friend now.  I'm not just talking facebook friends either.  I'm talking we've met, she is who she says she is on facebook and I'm proud to call her a friend. As you may know, Kate was on one of our hangouts a few weeks back.  She always has great information to share so I bribed her once again to come share it with us.  We talk the future of technology and social media.  We discuss whether facebook will remain the dominant force in social media or will something like snapchat take the belt from them. Kate tells us the super sneaky way she stays on top of technology and emerging platforms.  It's such a no-brainer way to keep on top of latest trends, anyone can do it.  Isn't it funny how the common sense tactics are the best? Towards the end of the show we go deep.  We talk about the future of the KBJ brand and name.  What it was like to go through the life transformation she just emerged from and more.  Matter of fact, after the show she sent me a personal message saying being on my show was like being on Oprah's couch!  I guess that's a compliment, I'm not an O fan. Honestly, I've not done a lot on twitter other than play and antagonize people [mainly politicians], but a few months ago I started following My Note Taking Nerd.  I enjoyed how the notes were sot detailed and entertaining to read.  After retweeting them a few times, I also connected on facebook. From there I met up Dexter Abraham. I use the term 'met up' lightly.  I have no clue who Dexter is or what he looks like. His profile picture on everything is an avatar.  He explains why in the show.  He also explains why he breaks the rules, how he gets away with it, and how to perpetually wash your list like a boss. What? "LIKE A BOSS!" Whoever this 'Dexter Abraham' character is, is a badass.  He's ran million dollar magazine companies, publishing companies and all sorts of gangster-fied shit.  Dexter goes on to tell us how important copywriting is as a skill.  How he has invested 20+ years of his life into learning from the best of the best. He even drops a quick tip on how to turn written words into live salesman for you.
