Hello and welcome to day 14 of my ketogenic diet update. My weight stayed the same since yesterdays weight in. Currently I am 114.3 Kg (252 pounds). When I started this, I was 119 Kgs or 262 and 1/3 of a pound. So I am 4.7 Kgs lighter (10 1/3 pounds) since starting! Hi folks and it's day 12, and I am still here :) I released .3 Kgs today (around 2/3's of a pound) bringing my total weight loss to 4.5 Kgs (a fraction under 10 pounds). Feeling good ! I also walked noticeably faster today and felt better during and after so that could be a good sign of things to come!

Here I am at day 10 already and with todays weight release of .3Kgs (about 2/3's of a pound) I am now down 4Kgs (close to 9 pounds) since I started. Go Keto Boy Go :) I am loving this diet, I feel better every day and the weight continues it's journey downwards.
