Hi, Tim here with my weekly Keto Diet update. 71 days ago I changed my life for the better by adopting a keto diet! Since my last video I am down a further 1.1 Kg (about 2 and 5/10's of a pound) bringing my total weight loss to 12.5 Kg (27 and 5/10's of a pound). Feeling good! In todays video I talk about having to try and eat low carb when away from home, getting tested by blood tests down (results in next weeks video) and just a general progress update. Hi, Tim here with day 55 and I am happy to report a weight reduction of .4Kg (about 9/10's of a pound). Total weight loss now 10.2Kg (22 an 5/10's of a pound). In todays video I talk about another low carb myth - That low carbs means NO carbs. This is something that virtually no low carb diet advocates (certainly I have nothing to confirm it) yet many people suggest that is what the eating lifestyle is all about. Not true!

Tim here with my daily update. My weight went up by .3Kg today (about 6/10's of a pound). Total weight loss since I started is now 10.2 Kgs (about 22 5/10's of a pound). In today's video I am talking about that, plus an interesting myth involving Dr. Atkins, a famous low carb pioneer from the 1970's and 1980's. Interesting how the facts can by completely different when you research them!

Hi Tim here with my day 51 ketogenic diet update. Weight loss charting 101 and myth busting time today. I am down .4Kg (8/10's of one pound) today. That brings my total weight loss to 10.5 Kg (23 1/10 of a pound) since I started. I wanted to discuss how your weight loss evens out over a week period whereas its often possible to gain weight in the short term with Keto. I show my results on a week to week basis via a chart today to explain this. Good news if you are worried about weight gain or plateau! The myth to busy today is where people (even Doctors) come up and say "oh low carb diet is not healthy because you go into Ketosis)". I explain why this is NOT a problem and is in fact healthy in todays video and talk about ketoacidosis, which is a completely different thing and is where people get confused. Hi Tim here with my day 50 ketogenic diet update. Weight loss and myth busting time today. I am down .1Kg (2/10's of one pound) today. That brings my total weight loss to 10.1 Kg (22 3/10's of a pound) since I started. The myth to bust today is about water loss, and specifically that some people believe that the only water you lose with a low carb diet is water. Today I am down .3Kg which is about 6/10's of a pound. Total weight loss is now 10Kgs (22 pounds). In the video I talk about my wii-fit saga and hitting 10Kg of weight loss and also talk about the myth going around that a low carb diet damages your kidneys. For the record is doesn't because a) Low carb is NOT a high protein diet anyway and b) If you kidneys are healthy they can cope just fine with a high protein diet. Hi there, Tim here with my day 48 update. Overnight I lost .4Kg (about 9/19's of one pound). Total weight loss is 9.7Kg (21 3/10's of a pound). I also reduced both my waist and hip sizes each by 2 inches. Pretty happy with that.
