It’s the Free Comic Book Day-Cast! Recorded live at Waterfront Comics in Suisun California. John Harter, owner of Waterfront, graciously gave us space to set-up a table and record a live episode. This time we talk about casting in comic book movies. First up we ask “What is the best casting choice in a comic book movie ever?”, then “What is the worst casting?”, and finally “What comic do you want to see turned into a movie, why, and who should star in it?”. The Geek Life crew shares their thoughts on the segment, then open it up to the audience from FCBD. Lots of fun with audience participation, we even got John Harter to chime in with the comic he’d love to see in movie form! Be sure to visit the Waterfront Comics homepage and follow them on Twitter @WaterFrontComic. Music is provided by AirPlus Recordings+. This week’s song is “The Life We Live (TigerPaw Drum & Bass Remix)” by TigerPaw (Feat Screwed up Click/DJ Screw) from his record “TigerPaw presents Hip Hop vs. Drum & Bass Vol. 1”.
