Summary: Welcome to Win The Weight Game with Marti Liebowitz. I am here to help you stay successful on your weight loss program, whatever it may be. I am a certified hypnotist who specializes in helping my clients lose weight. When I ask them where their weight loss programs have fallen short or plateaued or what they are really struggling with when it comes to losing weight 99% of the time the problem lies in the subconscious mind as a beliefs, habits, emotions, or thoughts that are holding them back and preventing them from remaining successful on their weight loss plans. That’s where I come in. Hypnosis is a valuable tool for accessing the subconscious mind and identifying changing those limiting beliefs into something that is going to work better. I decided to start this podcast to help motivate you into sticking to your weight loss program. Each week we’ll discuss a belief or an issue that relates to weight loss, and at the end I’ll take us through a self-hypnosis exercise that I hope you’ll find motivating and helpful in allowing you to refocus on your weight loss goals and commitment to your plan. These self-hypnosis exercises are meant to be simple yet powerful tools that you can use throughout the week, anytime and anyplace, to keep you on track.
