This is an awesome Power To Change podcast that I know will inspire you.  It's a Fit For Photos success story with Jon Rehorst.  Jon went through my very first Fit For Photos For Guys group and absolutely crushed it! Jon is a 49 year old grandfather and did his photo shoot just a couple of days after his 49th birthday.  I loved that he did his photo shoot when he turned 49 instead of waiting until his milestone 50th birthday, like some people would have.  Jon's a real action taker! In 2010, Jon hit rock bottom healthwise.  He weighed 330 pounds, was drinking every day, working 10 hour days, and was stressed beyond belief.  Jon graciously opened up, and shared his journey from being 330 pounds and entering AA to becoming lean and shredded for his photo shoot. I'm really excited about this power to change episode, because it's a Fit For Photos Success story with one of my Fit For Photos clients - Tina Souder.  I'll be doing a series of podcasts with past Fit For Photos members as each one has a unique story to share as they'll walk you through their journey on the Fit For Photos program. Tina is 42 years old, and is a single mom of a 14 year old, and we did the podcast 10 days before her wedding in the Domincan Republic.  One thing she was really excited about was that after going through the program, she was excited to be able to rock a bikini while she's in the Dominican.
