Fibre… What Is Missing In Your Weight Loss Efforts? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:46

Video highlights: 00:02 – Another tip to help stabilize blood sugar 00:08 – Daily fiber intake is essential 00:17 – Fiber supplements as an alternative 00:40 – Taking incremental amounts of fiber 00:58 – The benefits of fiber Join Our Centre - Bedford Join Our Centre - Milton Keynes Hi. This is Mark Gray from the DoubleVision Conditioning Center. In today’s video, I’m going to give you another tip to help stabilize your blood sugar and have you losing weight. Fiber Stabilizes Your Blood Sugar So I mentioned this in the video before, that you really want to be having fiber and high fibrous food throughout the day. That’s lots of green vegetables. Fiber Supplements as an Alternative But also, you can take this as a supplement, in a supplement form, and it’s a simple powder. All you need to do is have 15 grams or a tablespoon in the morning, and then a tablespoon in the evening. There are loads of different types of fiber. Apple peptine, psyllium husks. Loads of different types. You can rotate all of these. They’re all pretty much very good for you. You can’t really go wrong with fiber. But what I do stress is that you start off with five grams in the morning and then five grams in the evening, and gradually work your way up. You don’t want to start with 15 grams in the morning and 15 in the evening. You really need to gradually increase it. Kind of another five grams every week until after about a month, you’re on 15 grams in the morning and then 15 grams in the evening. The Benefits of Fiber This is going to stabilize your blood sugar. It’s also for ladies. It’s going to help you lose fat off your bum and your legs. And in fact, men also because it helps you excrete insulin from your body. And so if you actually listen to our other podcasts in the iloveweightloss.co.uk blog, you’ll see that we give you a lot of foods that will help you lose fat from certain areas. Fiber is one of them to help you excrete insulin and have you losing fat from your lower body. So if you have any comments at all, please put them in the box below. Otherwise, simply enter your email and we’ll send you the latest report on the diets and weight loss methods for 2013. I look forward to seeing you next time. Please leave your comments below:

You can hide it in your food if you don’t want the taste, but for things like oats, you can simply sprinkle it on the top and it’s very, very nice. It’s going to increase your insulin sensitivity and stabilize your blood sugar. Coconut Oil in Coffee Stabilizes Blood Sugar Levels You also can be putting coconut oil in your coffee as well. I forgot to mention in another video, but you can simply put a teaspoon of coconut oil in your coffee and that’s going to have you stabilize your blood sugar also.  The Top Three Things To Look At If You Store Fat Around Your Stomach | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:32

In this episode: 00:02 – The top three causes of stomach and hips fat storage 00:09 – Avoid foods you are intolerant to 00:33 – Refrain from doing long steady state cardio 00:48 – Remove processed, refined foods from your diet     Hi. This is Mark Gray from the DoubleVision Conditioning Centre. In today’s video, I’m going to give you the top three things to look at if you’re storing fat around your stomach and your hips. Avoid Foods You Are Intolerant To Now, number one of these is to make sure that you’re not eating foods that you’re intolerant to. A lot of foods could well be causing you to store fat around your hips and stomach, and that’s because your body doesn’t know how to handle them. So try eliminating any of the obvious ones such as gluten or dairy and see how you get on. Give it two weeks and see if your body feels better, and if, in fact, you lose fat from your hips and your bellybutton. Refrain From Doing Long Steady State Cardio Number two would be to not do long steady state cardio. Your body is not designed to do long steady state cardiovascular work and you really want to change that up to short sharp bursts, which we’re much more designed to do. Remove Processed, Refined Foods From Your Diet Number three would also be to make sure that you’re not eating processed, refined foods. Now, this could fall in the intolerancy section because a lot of these foods contain gluten and contain foods that most of us are intolerant to. But have a look. Try and reduce the amounts of white processed foods that you’re eating and you’ll soon find that you’re losing body fat from your hips and from your waist, your bellybutton. Alright! Take care. Let me know if you have any questions or any comments. Bye-bye.     Please  leave your comments below:

This is Mark Gray from the DoubleVision Conditioning Centre. In today’s video, I’m going to give you a quick tip that should help you get to sleep and stay asleep soundly for the whole night. Take Magnesium to Combat Stress Now a lot of people struggle to get to sleep, and this is due to the fact that they are producing too much Cortisol in the evening. That’s too much or the stressful amount of Cortisol. So, what they can do is simply take a supplement called “Magnesium” that will actually decrease your Cortisol and have you sleeping soundly throughout the night. De-stress and Be Refreshed You also want to be doing a lot of things that de-stress you and wind you down, ready for the evening. So you shouldn’t be drinking caffeine or green teas past – well four o’ clock really because you don’t want to be too stimulated for bed. So you just want to be relaxing, rejuvenating and getting ready to sleep in the evening. If you have any comments or if you have any questions on sleep, do put them in the details below, in the comments below, and I’ll be sure to answer them. Please leave your comments below:

What To Take To Make Sure You Jump Out Of Bed! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 55

In this episode: 00:03 – Supplements to get you up and running in the morning 00:10 – Low Cortisol levels makes people struggle to get up in the morning 00:20 – Being an early riser with Licorice and Carnitine 00:39 – A welcome side effect of the two supplements is faster weight loss Hi. Be an Early Riser with Licorice and Carnitine Now a lot of people struggle to get up in the morning, and this is due to the fact that they have low Cortisol or their Cortisol is producing too much at certain times and too little at others. Now, two supplements that will really help you to get up in the morning are things like licorice, and also, something called “Carnitine.” Faster Weight Loss: A Welcome Side Effect Now both of these supplements, I’ve actually taken before to make sure that my Cortisol is in the right rhythm, but you’ll find that by taking and using them in the morning, you’ll soon be waking up ready to go.  When Should Your Body Be Stressed? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:05

Video highlights: 00:02 – When your body should and shouldn’t be producing Cortisol 00:10 – Production of Cortisol in the morning is ideal 00:29 – The inverse ratio of Cortisol and its effect on sleep http://www.iloveweightloss.co.uk When Should Cortisol Be Present In Your Body? Hi. This is Mark Gray from the DoubleVision Conditioning Centre. In today’s video, I’m going to tell you when your body should actually be producing Cortisol, the stress hormone, and when it shouldn’t be. Cortisol in the Morning Keeps You Going Through the Day Now, when you wake up, your body wants to be making you jump out of bed. You want to be full of beans and literally jumping out of bed ready for the day. This is caused by Cortisol, so you want to actually have a high amount of Cortisol in the morning. And as you go through the day, this was to gradually reduce, until in the evening it’s very, very low and it allows you to sleep. The Cortisol Inverse Ratio Phenomenon Now a lot of people actually have what’s called an “inverse ratio” of Cortisol so they’re actually producing high amounts of Cortisol at the wrong times in the day. This means that they struggle to sleep and perhaps actually struggle to get up in the morning. There are a lot of simple things that you can do to sort this out, and I’m going to let you know in the next few videos what these can be. If you have any comments or any questions, please put your details in the box below.   Please leave your comments below:

I’m Mark Gray. Stephen: And I’m Stephen Gray. Mark: So, it’s Monday. I hope you’re all having a good start to your week. Stephen: And where are we, Mark? Mark: We are sitting in a car. Stephen: Sitting in Mark’s car because the place we normally do our podcast is a little bit noisy today. So we thought we’d test out using the car. Apparently, it’s got nice acoustics. Mark: I think so. Stephen: So we’ll see. Mark: So what are we talking about today, Stephen? Seeing as you are the assigned – I assigned you this task. Stephen: I have the brains. Have you noticed I am the brains behind – well, the brains anyway. I was going to say not the beauty. There’s no beauty, but I’m the brains anyway. Mark: True, true. Actually, Patricia sent me an email today, saying that she was listening to our podcast and she thinks we’re humorous. So… Stephen: [Laughs] there’s one. There is one. There is one person. Mark: It’s official. We are humorous. We are very funny. There you go. Stephen: Apparently. Mark: Right. Let’s get on it. Stephen: Right. So with today, I wanted to talk about, or we, we’re going to talk a little bit more in depth about why you store fat around your stomach. I’ve spoken to a few actually guys and they said, “Great episode last time about menopause, but if I’m storing fat around my stomach, does that mean I’m going around through the menopause as well?” Obviously, I had to look this up. Mark: Today, anyway. But to be fair, guys, they actually say that British men are becoming more and more female in the way their hormones are because of the environment and things. So you know what? I would – well, it’s not going to happen. However, more and more issues that women face that are normally specific to them I reckon are becoming more and more… Stephen: Yes, they are. Mark: Prevalent now. Stephen: And that’s due to a lot of the toxins, what they call [Unintelligible 01:54], the outside sort of [Unintelligible] 01:56] that are basically affecting men’s testosterone and things. But anyway, we are going to talk about why you would store fat around your stomach if it’s not a menopause reason. Mark: Okay. So yes, exactly. So for men and for women who aren’t heading towards menopause who are kind of, to be fair, 20 to 35 to 40. Stephen: Plus, it can be the reason of going through the menopause as well. Yes, and this is for men and women. This can be for anyone, really. But I think we should differentiate between what we mean by storing fat around your stomach because obviously, you’ve got your bellybutton area, and then you’ve got your sort of hip area, and people kind of treat them as the same,

Why You Store Fat Around Your Stomach | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:19

In this Episode: 00:03 – The reasons you store fat around your stomach 00:10 – Fat around the stomach 00:44 -  Consumption of excessive amounts of carbohydrates 00:49 -  Reducing the intake of white carbohydrates http://www.iloveweightloss.co.uk/ Hi. This is Mark Gray from the DoubleVision Conditioning Centre. In today’s video, I’m going to give you the reasons you store fat around your bellybutton and your hips. The Fat around Your Stomach Now, people often complain that they’re storing fat around their stomach, but they don’t differentiate between the two types of fat. One is stored around your bellybutton and the other is on your hips. Both are caused by different reasons. Producing Too Much Cortisol   Of Cortisol, Stress and Storing Fat around Your Bellybutton Now, a lot of men store fat around their bellybutton, and in fact, women, due to the fact that they are producing too much Cortisol, and that’s caused by too much stress. So when you’re under a lot of stress, you produce the hormone “Cortisol,” and this can result in you storing fat around your bellybutton. Cut Down on Carbohydrates to Trim Down Your Hips Another part of your waist where you store fat is your hips. This is caused by eating too many processed carbohydrates. So, a lot of those types of carbohydrates are the white carbohydrates such as white pasta and white bread, and simply by reducing these, you can actually reduce the fat on your hips. So, if you have any comments or want to ask any questions about what types of food will increase the fat around your hips and your bellybutton, just simply comment in the box below.   Please leave your comments below:

You can use these as alternatives to normal cow’s milk and you’ll find that you’re probably much more likely to not suffer from the side effects of intolerance to dairy. Intolerance To Cow’s Milk And Its Consequent Side Effects A lot of people are actually intolerant to cow’s milk without realizing it and you might get bloating or you might get increased acne from eating cow’s milk. I know I actually end up with acne if I eat or drink cow’s milk. So I use alternatives, like I say, such as goat’s milk and almond milk. So if you actually get any of these ill effects from cow’s milk, let me know in the box below. I’d be really interested to see because a lot of people do drink milk and not realize that they’re actually intolerant to it. So, let me know, and I look forward to seeing you next time. Bye-bye.
