Q: What would you advise to avoid the burnout sydrome? A: If we work in a difficult environment with people who are in a lot of pain, there is a whole inner science we can learn about how to keep our energy charged that does not deplete our system.

People who are on a spiritual path come usually as partly integrated and partly unintegrated grown up persons. The unintegrated parts will interfere with the teaching itself. In the regressive dynamics all kind of stuff, of traumatisation happens.

Life is in a constant tension between free energy and structure. If there is no good balance, energy might not have an impact on life, we are not able to manifest things around ourselves. We are looking for a healthy tension, a healthy balance.

Everybody has the responsibility to listen with the highest amount of integrity, honesty, presence and clarity to decide if something is relevant in their lives or not. It is a science to know what questions to ask, how to ask them and how to listen to the answers. (recorded fall 2012 during the core group, Germany)

It doesn't need a reason for the things that are. When there is no partner, this is the place where you have to be right now.Do you have a YES for that or do you go into a self-doubt spiral and into negativity? The YES is always the first. Than life takes care of the rest.When sexual energy cannot flow naturally it becomes a topic.But this has nothing to do with how much sex you have.

When you meet somebody who is more awake you don't meet just another person. You meet somebody who is filled with more presence and light. You meet a higher intensity of life. In the next level of evolution life becomes aware of itself. If there is seeing in the room it is contageous, it is viral.  You become much more aware of what you are normaly identified with. You need to meet someone from your future to create a pull to your development.

Maps become a trap when we take the map for reality. This trap supports our contraction and laziness to relate.

Thomas speaks about the nature of fear, the fear as a vacuum of power and finally about overcoming fear by going beyond resistance.

Sometimes there is an erotic quality in the hidden - in the secret. And this quality might be a revenge to things we were not allowed to do - the revenge to an internalised prohibition. If there is a tight restricted family system, there is joy in the most hidden things. This is a way to get back some freedom.
