Chicken or Steak? (or After Lunch at Chipotle) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 34:58

Spring is in the air so why not go outside and enjoy the day? Okay, so maybe you can't right now. Maybe you're stuck indoors doing something boring--like work. Well, look no further than today's episode to virtually transport you to an outdoor courtyard full of sounds: a water fountain, an all-male cyclist group, gossipy teenagers, background music, traffic and more! So put in those earbuds and get ready for some fun in the sun!

April Saw a Firefly (or Our Review of Firefly) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 59:51

April's back to talk about a first time TV show viewing experience: Firefly! Even though she's a Whedon fan, our cowgirl had never seen this wonderful SciFi/Western before. Can you believe it, pardners? So what did she think? Was she confused? Did she hate it? What did she think of Captain Tightpants' nude scene? Climb aboard and find out! (Que the  theme song!

Spider Walk With Me (or Our Review of The Exorcist) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:44:27

April is back to talk about yet another first time movie viewing experience: The Exorcist! Listen to a newbie and an old horror hound give their opinions and thoughts on one of the greatest horror movies ever made. (PS: I threw in some scary music and sounds/clips for this one, so listen if you dare! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!)

 Avenging April | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:38:04

Sorry for the very late posting of the new episode--I explain why in the show. Anyway, it's a special episode for two reasons: A movie review and a woman! Yep, my friend April and I discuss our feelings about The Avengers (April just watched it for the first time!) It's a Joss Whedon suckfest as we gush over our hero AND ONE OF THE BEST superhero movies ever made...so far. So jump in and hang on!

Payne in My Headless Horseman (or Sleepy Hollow and Max Payne 3) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:26:45

On today's thrilling episode we get a lazy (and sick) Mike Fray as he plays an old adaptation of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" narrated by Dr. Pus, host of Library of the Living Dead podcast and publisher of the Library book series, and edited by Fray himself (the music and sfx were used from Soundsnap 4 years ago before they went all Hollywood and started charging for their stuff). Fray also "reviews" Max Payne 3 by mentioning it and then playing a 5 minute long review from IGN. Maybe this ep should have been called "Lazy Stealing Bastard."

YouTube Extravaganza (or Some of My Fav YouTube Channels!) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 37:37

On today's episode I dive into some of my favorite YouTube channels and some of the great things that can be found on one of the best video websites on the planet! Vintage ads! '80s cartoons! Original shows! Cussing puppets! Insane PSAs! You don't want to miss this episode! It's under 40 minutes, so don't worry about the size. ;)   (And do I really have to say "Put on your headphones!"? Yeah, I thought so!

Podcast Extravaganza (or Some of My Fav Podcasts!) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 54:25

In this extra long episode I go through a "short" A-Z list of favorite podcasts that I am or have listened to. In these audio clips you'll hear everything from comic book fans to horror to sex to toxicology...wait...what?! Yes, I have many many tastes. So put on those headphones and prepare to dive into the recesses of my scattered interests! You've been warned! (And check out my page at podbean.com for links to each show named in this episode!)

Halloween in January? (or My Trip to South Pasadena!) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 35:15

On today’s episode I travel to South Pasadena to visit Vroman’s Bookstore (founded in 1894) and two filming locations of the original Halloween movie! Yes, I saw the actual home of Michael Myers himself! If you’ve wanted to know what I sound like as a giddy fanboy, then this is the episode for you

My Andy Warhol Moment (or Me Discussing a Bunch of Stuff and Eating) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 33:55

In today's episode I try something different with the 3-d mics and discuss mental health, video games I've recently beaten and, at the end, I share my "Andy Warhol moment" (he was a famous artist back in the day who, among other things, filmed odd movies such as Eat, which consists of a man eating a mushroom for 45 minutes) by playing a clip of me eating junk food from McDonald's--it's all better than it sounds. No. Really. It is. Have a Happy New Year

Voice from the Grave? (or My Trip to the Cemetery) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 24:34

In today's episode I take a trip to my local cemetery (I'm withholding the name b/c I don't want to invite trouble to it--sadly, it's the world we live in now) and capture what very well could be an E.V.P. (Electronic Voice Phenomenon). So slide on those headphones (or pop in those earbuds) and decide for yourself if I captured a voice from the beyond the grave, outside interference or a mechanical glitch. And write in with your comments! I'd love to hear from you!

ASMRbusters (or Discussing ASMR and E.V.Ps) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 32:41

In today's episode I discuss ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response - a physical sensation brought on via visual or auditory stimuli characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp or down the spine) and E.V.Ps (Electronic Voice Phenomena - communication by spirits through tape recorders and other electronic devices). It's a smorgasbord of 3-D sounds so be sure to wear your headphones or put in your earbuds!

Get in My Belly! (or My Trip to the Grocery Store) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

In today's exciting adventure (ha-ha) we take a 3-D audio trip to the corner grocery store. So put on those headphones (or earbuds--they really work best for 3-D sound) and prepare to have your mind blown!  (P.S. Sorry for the late posting but I had it ready for Sunday as promised and then discovered that Podbean had crashed. So it's not my fault! For shame, Podbean! For shame!

To Hell and Back (or My Trip to Wal-Mart) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:26:39

In today's episode I say a little prayer and venture into Hell itself: Wal-Mart! Plug in your headphones and listen as I battle Consumer Zombies while being subjected to Christmas music (and it's not even December!) Full of 360 degree consumer slavery sounds for your amusement! Happy Holidays! (Music from www.videoblocks.com

 The Beginning of Audio Vérité…In 3-D! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:23:12

"What the h@%% is 'audio verite'?" you may be asking yourself after having just read the title of this post. It's a tricky question that cannot be instantly answered (one can be found here, however). Now I'm throwing my own preverbal hat into the mix with this "audio diary" podcast. Recorded using binaural 3-D microphones, it will feature audio commentary and field recordings from me. Enjoy! (NOTE: Sorry for the audio mistakes. It will be better next episode.
