These suckers are sharp, if you are at all unsteady or nervous get yourself a protective glove, useful for other knife work as well. And don't miss Beth's article on growing winter greens indoors. The disabled vet who went from unable to walk with assistance to running through persevereance and a routine that included yoga is Arthur Boorman.
