La journée d’action de grâce, The French way PARIS – Demandez aux vieux de la vieille de l’École Américaine à Paris comment faire le repas de la journée d’action de grâce, et l’on vous racontera sans doute la fable d’une dinde gastronomique. Il parait qu’il y a quelques temps, une famille américaine célébrant leur première journée d’action de grâce ont commandé une dinde à leur boucher du coin. Le boucher leur a proposé de la farcir et de la rôtir. « Bien sûr ! » a dit la femme du boucher. Quand le couple est passé la chercher le jour de l’action de grâce, la dinde était parfaite, avec de la peau bien dorée et croquante, et bien moelleuse à l’intérieur.
