Yes, I am hanging up the microphone.  I say what I want to say in the first few minutes of the show, but then go into my own sort of rambly detail about the decision I have made to stop the podcast.  Feel free to listen if you want to hear about that detail.  Thank you so much for your support over the last few years! Keep experimenting

SQ Ep 042 - The Long Arm Experience | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:37:56

In this show, we discuss how quilting is now so social of an activity - at least for me - and about my latest meet up with a listener!  Then I discuss the long arm certification class I took, give details and details of the things I learned in the class, going over all the details of how to load a long arm, some suggestions that the long arm rental owner gave me. Then I describe my very first experience in loading a quilt onto the long arm, and finally how much of the quilt I got completed. I also took quite a few pictures (though none of the ratchet system or how to turn the quilt when moving from one section to the other), so if you're wanting to see how it's done, it would be a very good idea to go over to my website to see it in action, with commentary about parts of the pictures.
