This was webcast on August 11th, 2013 on Plundercast and DFM. It has been altered and improved since then. We are on live, Thursdays and Sundays 10pm Eastern. This is a show all about sleeping and not being able to sleep. Many of which were written by songwriters who were having trouble to sleep at the time, presumably. Also we have mixed in various instructional 'foreground' pieces. The first hour of the program is fairly psychedelic, the last 1/3 of the program is almost all songs having to do with insomnia. Phineas front and back announces. 128kbps - 3 hour show.

As heard during the X-Day Plundercast Marathon for 2013 (then, in a slightly longer form), and webcast on DFM and Plundercast on July 7th, 2013... we have resurrected (re-made) this UNIQUE MIX from a crashed hard drive: our exploration of dozens and dozens of Pre-'Dark Side of the Moon' Pink Floyd song COVERS. Yes, NO PINK FLOYD will be heard in program, this is an ALL (obscure) PINK FLOYD (obscure cover) Show. A lot of the pieces derive from the Syd Barrett era of the band. SFW - 3 Hours. Note-The Playlist for this program is in the comment field of the ID3 tags embedded in the mp3 file itself. Enjoy.
After our musical appetizer which opens this show (a medley of many different 'Istanbul (Not Constantinople)' song versions) we launch into various inappropriate funeral songs inter-cut with large post-produced chunks of Phineas Narco's appearance on KPFA's 'The Puzzling Evidence Show' on June 7th, 2013 with special guest DJ, Justin Credible and regulars Doug Wellman (Puzzling Evidence) and Subgenius Church co-founder Philo Drummond. They talk about suicide, Subgenius, JFK, the upcoming X-Day preparations, time, money and a special 'in Spanish' sequence with Justin Credible and an unknown caller - Originally Webcast on June 09, 2013.
This was webcast on June 2nd, 2013 on Plundercast and DFM. A 3 hour program in which we deconstruct and explore the Liberal vs. Conservative political dichotomy in this sometimes NSFW 3-hour program. What's behind the culture wars? Is political orientation genetically pre-determined? Or is it just a lifestyle choice? Will conservatives and liberals ever just get along? If you think there's a solution, are you part of the problem?? All is revealed. Or not. 128kbps mp3. See ID3 Tag for source of the links associated with this podcast archive at the NCN Home Site.
