Today we will discuss their riding backgrounds and then get into their showdown at the Hammer Nutrition Missoula Pro XCT, which was shown live on the internet. Howard took the win there in a close battle. Following this we will discuss the future of USA mtn bike racing, along with their point of views on the racing here compared to Europe. We will finish off with your questions, and some training tips from the guys themselves. Listen in or call in Live today at 4pm mountain time BMC's Stephen Ettinger and Specialized Racing Pro Rider Howard Grotts join the show today to talk racing, training, nutrition, and their experiences racing around the World. Stephen Ettinger jumped up the Pro ranks rapidly in 2011 while racing for the BMC U23 team. That year he was named USA Cycling's Athlete of the Year. Since then he has joined the BMC Mountainbike Race team which includes some of the top racers in the World. He comes on the show to share some of his amazing experiences on the bike. Howard Grotts has been racing with Specialized for two years now. Two weeks ago at Missoula he battled it out with Stephen, Geoff Kabush, and Todd Wells to take the win at the Missoula, MT Pro XCT. This wasn't his first major victory, however. In addition to winning that race Howard is a two time Collegiate Champion in Cross Country racing, and has placed 5th and 7th place at two World Cup XC races over the past two years.

Listen in as our WORS reporter, Todd Nutter, gives us a recap of how the race went down and what's happening in the series. About the Red Flint Firecracker: "It's hard to believe, but this will be the 9th Annual Red Flint Firecracker hosted by the Chippewa Off Road Bike Association (CORBA). The Firecracker has become known for fabulous trails and a family friendly venue. The Eau Claire County Expo Center allows us to offer onsite camping both Friday and Saturday nights so that you can sit back and enjoy your weekend. Chloe Woodruff has established herself as one of the top cross country racers in the country. Chloe currently sits comfortably atop the USA Cycling's Pro XCT standings. She finished first in the short track and second in the XC race this past weekend at the Montana race. Geoff will be journaling the expedition with a combination of blog posts and photographs detailing his experiences en route and promoting the equipment provided by sponsors. In this update, Todd gives us the details on the Battle of CamRock on June 16. The trail system at CamRock is a blend of wide and fast flowing single-track that runs through open fields of prairie grass, wooded single-track with bermed turns, and more technical single-track with a touch of roots and rocks. The Battle of CamRock's course contains some great downhill sections that will have you begging for another lap. The 2013 Course will add 1.5 miles of super fast, wide double track.
