Boy does it feel good to be back!!! After a nearly 2 month hiatus, I am extremely happy to be bringing you episode 19 of the podcast. Thank you very much for sticking by me, for caring about my well-being and for encouraging me to keep going. All of the email, calls and messages I received from many of you mean a great deal to me. :) In this episode, I fill you in on where I've been, why I have been missing in action, and what I learned in the process. I also have my good friend, Srini Rao, joining me as my special guest. Srini is the founder and host of Blogcast FM, one of my favorite podcasts for entrepreneurs, he's an author, a master interviewer and a great thinker. Today he's joining me to talk about The Small Army Strategy, a concept he's developed on how to turn your customers, fans and followers into friends for life by actually giving a damn! His book is a powerful read and the concepts work. I know this to be true because I don't think I would have survived the last two months in my business without putting some of these concepts to work in my own life.j Thanks again for all of your amazing support!
