It denies God His rights that are due to him from His creatures. It does not render to God what is God's. The Scriptures are clear that atheists are fools, corrupt, abominable in their ways. Our Lord summed up what happens to them: "he that believeth not is condemned." We must not affirm atheists in any way, but obey Our Lord seek their conversion.

It is an amazing read and not unimportant for our day since she physically embodied the sufferings of the Church in her time. Here is the prayer that she composed for her Guardian Angel: "Angel of God and well-beloved brother, I trust myself to your beneficence and implore you humbly to intercede for me with my Spouse, so that He may forgive me my sins, strengthen me in well-doing, help me by His grace to correct my faults, and lead me to Paradise, there to taste the fruition of His presence and to possess eternal life. Amen."
