Summary: Resonant Frequency: The amateur radio podcast was created to help get information on amateur radio out to the new ham and the ham that wants to find out about different aspects of the hobby they are thinking about trying out. We will be bringing guest on different aspects of ham radio in the coming weeks. So sit back have a drink and enjoy. Richard KB5JBV has been an Amateur radio operator since 1988. He is currently an Assistant Section Manager, Official Observer, Official Relay Station, Official Emergency Station, VE Technical Specialist for the ARRL in the North Texas section. Richard is also an ARES AEC and RACES assistant radio officer for the city of Mesquite, Tx.

This episode is a re-issue of the original Resonant Frequency: The Amateur Radio Podcast which began in 2006 as a project for Elmering new Hams by way of the Internet. Richard KB5JBV and Resonant Frequency continue to enlighten and teach new Hams today. Many of the more successful Amateur Radio Podcast today can trace their beginnings back to Resonant Frequency: The Amateur Radio Podcast. This episode we have another instalment of Don W9VE’s Buzzword and some clips and observations from the Ham Association of Mesquite field day. Well She is finally out. Episode 10. I recorded it twice on my windows machine and it crashed at the end both times. So this episode was put together on my Linux machine. I think it sounds better.
