My aunt and uncle are both retired, and over age 65. Each one of them has a private health insurance plan with no medical deductible and no copayments. Having only been exposed to the U.S. healthcare system and pricing structure, my first thought was that the coverage must be low quality, hard to access, or broken in some way. I found it unbelievable.
