Discrimination is immoral, right? It’s wrong to favor someone because of the color of their skin, or their ethnicity, right?  So how could one defend affirmative action—the favoring of minorities in hiring practices?   KJ and Jay use the NBC show 'The Office' to discuss why, although affirmative action might not be ideal, it could be the only way to accomplish other, more important moral goods.  Check out KJ's article on this topic in The Office and Philosophy.
