Missing chapters of Church of England history have been filled in with the publication of The Testing of Vocation, written by a Canon of Westminster Abbey, Robert Reiss, a former Senior Selection Secretary. The book celebrates and chronicles 100 years of ministry selection in the Church of England, from the establishment of the Central Advisory Council of Training for the Ministry (CACTM) in 1913, to the work of the Archbishops’ Council’s Ministry Division, established in 1999.
