It was the 2008 release of Fall, however, that took All India Radio to another level. Kennedy teamed up with vocalist Leona Prue and a handful of great musicians to put together one of the best downtempo albums of 2008 and possibly the entire decade. Dive Index's debut album, Mid/Air, combined IDM glitch with quality songwriting in a style somewhat reminiscient of Björk, yet still sounding like nothing else I had ever really heard before. Daughter Darling ended up being a one-off project that served as the springboard to her solo career. Her first album, Urban Angel, remains one of the best albums I've ever featured on this show.
