This episode explains that when I feel thankful, I am feeling relaxed, and not worried. It talks about the things that make me feel thankful--nature, people, pets, warm baths and more. Feeling thankful is a way for me to understand that I am not alone, a way for me to feel better right away, even when life is getting me down.

This is a different way of saying "I feel good." In this way, I use these feel good words as a mantra, a chant that resonates throughout my body. When I chant "I feel good," i am strongly sending my body and mind a message that I wish to banish any thoughts that are making me feel bad. The mantra is a way for me to close out negative thoughts. Perhaps you will find it useful too.
