He is also the Coordinator of the BALM Ministry, a substance abuse/learning and mentoring ministry. God has placed an anointing on his life for reconciling souls back to God. Armed with the Word of God and the Ministry of Reconciliation, he endeavors to lead a nation back to God and become ambassadors for Christ. Elder Carl Claiborne is a graduate of the Evans-Smith Leadership Training Institute, having received a Continuing Education Certificate in Leadership and Theology from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology. Pamela Waitkus is a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colonial Heights, Virginia. She works with individuals, families, and groups who struggle with a variety of issues ranging from depression, self-worth, communication issues and substance abuse. Ms. Waitkus is an adjunct instructor at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College where she has taught basic counseling, group dynamics and gerontology courses.
