No major sell signals on Monday. After a sharply lower open, Monday actually generated a lot of new Bullish Reversal Signals and moved the major indexes back into the price channels. So we need to watch yesterday’s lows closely, S8P 500 1337.56, NASDAQ 100 2549.96 and TSX 11,609. While yesterday was a wild day, all of the selling was at the open and the market recovered enough to get us back into the price channel by the end of the day. We watched the S8P 500 breakout above 1375 and quickly revers. Chips have been a drag on the tech sector for some time now, so seeing Intel disappoint is not a big surprise. The pain and suffering in the Gold 8 Silver Sector continues. Our last shot term buy signal only lasted a couple of days. All the major indexes put in another lower high, now we wait to see if we also put a lower low.
