Viniq Tropical Passion, with Viniq Shimmery Liqueur | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 594

We take Viniq Shimmery Liqueur and build a recipe that Eric from Simply Made Cocktails invented called the Viniq Tropical Passion. The recipe includes Patron Citronge but we'll pick something else because we're out of that orange liqueur. So, we use our favorite: Senior Curacao! If you want to make the Viniq Tropical Passion the recipe is below, otherwise you can head over to Simply Made Cocktails and check it out there.  Thanksgiving Manhattan, Happy Thanksgiving | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 815

Happy Thanksgiving! Ours has already been quite eventful with a big snow storm, power loss, internet loss and more! This video was uploaded over 4G LTE, so it took awhile, but we got it out on Thanksgiving! The Thanksgiving Manhattan is here, it's a festive twist on a standard manhattan which makes it much better (in my opinion) than the original.  Red Hot Winter Shooter, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 998

It is almost winter here, especially for those that are in the Buffalo NY area. This is a Bloody Mary contest recipe submitter that made it into the end of the recipe. The Red Hot Winter Shooter! This cocktail builds with intense spicy flavor that moves from your tongue to your throat. You'll have to like sambuca to like this cocktail as it brings some belly warming action. A bit of tongue numbing action occurring on the tongue as well.  Bidwell Alexander, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 774

The Bidwell Alexander smells like chocolate milk, almost has a True Moo flavor profile. Easy to drink, no alcohol within the flavor profile, just chocolate milk all up in the grill. This drink will go down fast and easy so take your time or pour just enough to drink in one sitting and don't go back for seconds. This drink doesn't have a lot of complicated ingredients so it should be a good go-to holiday cocktail.  Hazel's Black Gold, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 734

Time for a cocktail that almost taste like Christmas, a month too early but still sets the mood. It almost feels like we are eating Christmas with this cocktail, which may be the frangelico mingling with the cinnamon fire. What was the last cocktail that you had which was REALLY strong? Or, did you go Ian's way with the giiiiiin and tonic. Or, perhaps a really strong white Russian? International audiences...what is your "thanksgiving" holiday called? Punch bowls of death and bad decisions?  The RGB Cocktail, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 834

Here is a cocktail that will bite you right in the bo jangles! A sweet flavor, a tart bite of fresh simple syrup with great acidity. This cocktail makes you want to keep drinking, super awesome. The color is nice, doesn't fully have the "blue" color in the cocktail but it is there in spirit. This is by far a very tasty little cocktail so we highly suggest you give this a try.  Captain Morgan Espresso Martini, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 722

The Captain Morgan Espresso Martini has both captain morgan (or spiced rum) and espresso (coffee) which we have also included. It's all in a martini glass, so you have that going for you. We steep up some coffee with our Kona French Press and we build out the cocktail. A nice easy sweet coffee flavor throughout this cocktail, the simple syrup may be more than most people need that are intense coffee drinkers as its definitely on the sweeter side of life. But, if you like sweet and you like coffee you will like this cocktail build.  Blue Chair Bay Coconut Spiced Rum Cream Review | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 641

If you can imagine a holiday spiced Irish Cream, but with Rum, you're on the right track to the Blue Chair Bay Coconut Spiced Rum Cream. It is no doubt a mouthful of words to describe the bottle but it only takes one word to describe the taste: Yum. While "yum" isn't a highly descriptive word it does bring out the right sensation. Blue Chair Bay timed it right with this limited release product because it fits the season. You've got rich nutmeg notes, "holiday spices" come to mind along with the traditional sweet coconut flavor of Blue Chair Bay in a cream-design. The cream is a bit lighter and thinner when compared to something more "Irish", but it still satisfies the sipper. There may be some cocktails you can utilize Coconut Spiced Rum Cream but it may be a slight bit wasteful for a limited edition release. I say, tuck a few away in the closet for next year incase Blue Chair strays from this awesome product in the future. Support CMC: http://patreon.com/cmc

Root Beer Dessert Martini, with Art in the Age Root | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 746

Today we mix some Art in the Age Root with a cocktail calling for root beer liqueur: Root Beer Dessert Martini. We didn't want to use just a schnapps as that would be a bit sweet and fake rooty flavor. Jennifer was all excited for this cocktail because it brings root beer flavor with irish cream flavor. This cocktail brings little root, a bunch of cream and big alcohol intensity in the finish, much like an Irish Cream would have in it. If there was anything to critique on here, it would be that the equal parts proportion seems to be a little bit favoring the Irish cream and not nearly enough root. The mid-palate is a bit weak.  Ruby Booty, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 835

Nice almond flavor within the Ruby Booty, with a very cherry focused drink. Both a dark cherry juice from our cherry juice (Luxardo), plus the distilled cherry flavor of the Luxardo Maraschino. This is definitely a sweeter drink, I couldn't toss too many of these back but Jennifer said she could definitely drink a few of these without any issues.  Mattias Special, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 736

Heaven in a cup says Jennifer, the Mattias Special brings the vanilla of the pink pigeon we utilized along with the coconut flavor and the citrus profile. The passion fruit we used wasn't that great, we could do better on that and get more passion fruit sweetness. Ours was a bit over-diluted but that's easily fixed. Definitely a "sweet tart" profile, a coconut rum with a sweet and a tart all working together.  Absinthe Sour, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 601

If you like absinthe, the Absinthe Sour is focused on your taste except, it may also fit other people too. Jennifer sat on the show and managed to sip on it without the "ew" face going on so that says something for the dynamics of this drink. There is definitely a beautiful citrus gin with some sweetness and a long drawn out finish that slowly melts into a numbing "black jelly bean" flavor, but muted.  The Monkey Gland, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 703

Rustle submitted the Monkey Gland, and this is how his name is spelled...IAN. The Monkey Gland cocktail brings the classy flavor and design but our version included a bit of soap... yeah, we had to create it twice. Yes, Ian forgot to rinse out the shaker and poured soapy water into our cocktail so we had to re-create it. This episode is full of slapstick comedy..by mistake.  Energizer Bunny Cocktail, Fan Appreciation Month | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 639

The Energizer Bunny cocktail brings together a few likely ingredients with one that's a bit more unlikely: energy drink syrup. We utilize the Soda Stream's Energy Drink syrup to build the final touches. Oddly, it really brings out some fantastic taste.  The Caipirinha, with Novo Fogo Silver Cachaca | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 496

A classic cocktail from Brazil, the Caipirinha. The Caipirinha utilizes Cachaca, a Brazilian sugar cane based liqueur closest akin to that of Rhum Agricole on the Islands. We show you how to make the classic design, with fine grain sugar and the entire lime process from start to finish. The process of muddling, utilizing the sugars really keeps the Caipirinha traditional to its creation process and retains the right balance of sweet and tart. Ultimately it's a simple cocktail design, but some of the most simple things create the best results. So why mess with perfection?
