Pippity Plugin Makes Great Looking PopUps (http://www.shareasale.com/image/33043/01_125x125_v2.jpg)I just found a great affordable plugin called Pippity (http://weeklywebtools.com/pippity)that gives you TOTAL control over your popup. You can control: How it looks When it appears How it appears and best of all it tracks how it performs and gives you great analytics. You can check out a live Demo Here. Marketer's Graphic Pack For more information go to pippity.com (http://www.weeklywebtools.com/pippity) It's hard to describe a graphic pack, but when the price is $5 for over 500 Megabytes of graphics they would have to be pretty awful to not be worth $5. The good news is you no longer have to worry if swiping an image from a Google Image search landing you in legal issues. You can find it markettersgraphicpack.com (http://weeklywebtools.com/marketersgraphicpack)

Be More Productive Episode | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 13:50

Today I have three free tools to help you be more productive. The first one is an add on for Chrome (Stay Focusd) the other is an app for iOs devices (30/30) and the last is Hoot Suite which was primarily a twitter client but now handles so much more from one interface. (http://www.lduhtrp.net/p979h48x20MPSQSRWUMOOPWSWTS) Stay Focucsd This is a cool tool that can help those who are struggling with self control. You can set a time of how long you can use websites on a blocked list, then once that time is up - no more (until a certain amount of productive time has been reached). It's pretty flexible. In the end it still boils down to you (as you can always pull up Firefox, etc). It is a fun tool to help you stay focused. 30/30 App for iOs This is like a to do list on steroids. The idea being 30 minutes of work followed by 30 minutes of rest. This helps you stay focused to get done in 30 minutes, and the 30 minute break gives your brain a break and you get to relax. You can set up your own intervals if you'd rather go 40/20, etc. You can have an extensive list of tasks. There is a slight learning curve due to its high rate of flexibility but its pretty easy to figure out. It then reminds you when its time to go on break etc. HootSuite Social Media Manager HootSuite was primarily a twitter tool. I looked at it a while back and was like "OK,,,." Now I started playign with it as I wanted a web based twitter tool and there are some really cool features in Hootsuite. You can manage twitter, facebook, google+, foursquare, and just about any other platform you can think of. You can schedule your posts ahead of time. It has a built in link shortener with link tracking. Its free (for the most part). You can run reports to measure your reach (mosts of these require the premium version which is only $9.99 a month) Check out this video below, or go sign up for a free account at hootsuite.com (http://www.awltovhc.com/image-2535497-10915008)

Google Hangout WordPress Plugin Takes the Pain Out of Hangouts | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 6:50

If you've ever used Google Hanougouts On Air, you know they are a great way to broadcast live for free. hey have some great tools like chat, screen sharing, etc. That's the good news. When it comes to setting up, and launching a Google Hangout there are a lot of hurdles to jump over, and T's to cross, etc (see my playlist (http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLa3tR6O728FnZSQG_4KuuANLGyhVuO36K)). Well I just found out about a cool plugin that simplifies everything and turns your Google Hangout into a lead generating tools. It's called Google Hangout Plugin. (http://hangoutplugin.com/images/300x250.jpg)   The plugin adds all the things that Google Hangouts On Air is missing: •Plug 'N Play simplicity - setup hangouts in 5 steps from your Wordpress dashboard. •Provide Full Registration Facility - Hangouts have been missing the ability to set a date and send registrations to the page - capturing leads. (Hangout plugin integrates with major autoresponders instantly too!) •Provide reminder emails - Send emails to registered event attendees - making sure that the people don't MISS the hangout - getting more people to the event on time. •Allow Registered Leads To Be Exported - One click into csv files •Maintain complete BRANDING Control - This is massive - because the Hangout plugin embeds the hangout into YOUR site, the person is watching via youtube as you live stream the event, but the branding is all controlled by the site. (huge!!) •Follow Up Email System Built In - After the event, send people automatic thank you emails and links to the replay (automatically done by youtube) Quit Paying Monthly Fees For Webinars Instead of spending $99 for GotoWebinar, or $49 for GoToMeeting, or Meeting Burner, etc. You can have all that functionality with NO MONTHLY FEES. The website says its only going to be $27 until 6/5/2013 Check it out at www.hangoutplugin.com (http://weeklywebtools.com/hangoutplugin)

Stripe Payment Processing – Alternative to Paypal | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 9:10

(http://weeklywebtools.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/stripe-logo.png)Today I found a great solution for anyone who wants to offer something besides Paypal as a payment processor. I found out about Stripe. According to their website: "Stripe is a simple, developer-friendly way to accept payments online. We believe that enabling transactions on the web is a problem rooted in code, not finance, and we want to help put more websites in business." You can find it at stripe.com and here are some of the stats: 2.9% + 30 cents per successful charge. No setup fees, no monthly fees, no card storage fees, no hidden costs: you only get charged when you earn money. Earnings are transferred to your bank account on a 7 day rolling basis. American Express charges have the same fees and are paid out at the same time. Stripe is more a technology. It has a library of API calls to integrate with your service. My Experience With Stripe (https://www.getharvest.com/images/referrals/harvest_banner_130x60.png)I am currently using Harvest for my time tracking and invoicing. I love it. In looking at the settings, I saw a listing for Stripe. I checked it out, signed up, and in less than 10 minutes had it up and running on my website. It is a simple copy and paste operation. I flipped a switch to make it "live" and was ready to roll. Compare it to Paypal PayPal fees mainly apply to sellers, who pay a 2.9% transaction fee on the total sale amount plus a $0.30 fee per transaction (which are the same fees as Stripe). In the end you get the same fees as Paypal without the baggage of the paypal name, and you get your money automatically put into your account in 7 days.

Shopify – Powerful, User Friendly, Ecommerce Solution | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 15:39

(http://weeklywebtools.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Shopify-Buttons-250x250-green.png)If you're looking to start a website that is based around a store, shopify is something you should look at. You can try it for 14 days, and start as low as $14 to get things started. The next plan is $29, and can go up to $59 if you want to create coupons. If has hundreds of templates to make your store look great, and apps to add functionality without having to learn code. It integrates with over 70 payment processors, and you can sell anything you want (physical or digital). If you're looking to move up from a e-junkie, or woo-commerce solution, you may want to take a peak at shopify. One of the top competitors is 1shoppingcart.com, and it starts at $35 (but the transaction fees are smaller). If I had to pick a competitor, I would say be sure to check out woo-themes as well.  EASY, Free, Project Management Tool – Asana | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 16:17

I learned about this tool from the boys at Internet Business Mastery. Its a great tool that allows you to manage tasks, and get everyone on the same page. In the past, it seems most of these tools add another task which is "Learning how to manege the project management tool." This is super intuitive, and I didn't need to watch any videos to figure out how to use it. Other people could learn form looking into this user interface. For me, when I get hired to build a website, I will set up all the tasks, and add my client as a use. Then they can be on the same page with in regards to what is expected, when its expected to be done, and when the project is complete. Best of all it has a mobile app as well. Now I can keep up to date with my iphone (or on an html5 page with an android). Use as a task manager, lite CRM tool and more. Best of all if you have less than 30 users, it's free.  Free Viral Tool – Contest Domination | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 16:17

(http://weeklywebtools.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/contestdomination.jpg)Today we look at a free tool where you can setup a contest for people to promote your site. They get a point for entering themselves, but then are taken to another page where they can earn points for referring friends. You can use this tool for free, or go pro (where you get to keep the contact information). If you don't want a membership, you can pay $37 per content. It's super easy to setup, and you can brand the contest with you logo, etc. It integrates with all the typical suspects (mailchimp, aweber, etc). Contest Domination takes a different approach than just your average contest software. They cut out everything that doesn't directly help you achieve your goals and focus on making it easy and even fun for people to enter and share. They've created a contest flow that inspires people to share your contest with their friends but only rewards them when those shares turn into new names, emails, and followers for you. The platform automatically lets your contestants know when they've earned additional entries to engagement and keep the traffic coming. For more information go to contestdomination.com (http://weeklywebtools.com/contestdomination)
