During the Independence Day holiday that many people were taking, President Obama surreptitiously signed an Executive Order claiming the power to control and shut down any form of "broadcasting". It is not only unconstitutional as an invasion on telecommunications via the unconstitutional FCC, it also does not just specify just electronic or radio telecommunications (bad as that would be). It speaks to "broadcasting", which could cover someone speaking through a bullhorn to a large audience.
