Salut à tous ! Une première partie dominée par les productions Flyte Tymes, à savoir Jimmy Jam et Terry Lewis pour un funk dancefloor et électro d'une efficacité redoutable. Donc tout de suite Alexander O'Neil : To make you love me suivi de Cherelle avec Discreet.Juste après un titre de Herb Alpert, trompetiste remis en selle par nos deux producteurs avec Diamonds, un titre chanté par Janet Jackson, fidèle à Jim et Terry depuis ses débuts. Change pour terminer cette série avec Lovely Lady, un des nombreux titres a valoir son son pariculier à la boîte' rythme TR808 de Roland. Ensuite: Brothers Johnson et le slap unique de Louis sur You keep me comin' back, puis T connection : Time ; un bon son de vinyle qui craque. Kleeer maintenant avec Get ready, on reste dans un funk lascif et transpirant, ensuite Kashif : Baby don't' break you'r baby's heart, Don Blackman : Heart's desire, Civil Attack : On the phone, et on terminera avec deux productions Jimmy Jam/Terry Lewis, à commencer par le SOS Band : Nothing but the Best, puis le célèbre What have you done for me lately, summum du funk minimaliste concocté par nos deux producteurs de FLyte tyme pour Janet Jackson. On l'écoute sans bouger, puis on commence à bouger les épaules, et on finit par jouer à Valentin le désossé pendant 7 minutes.
