Alberta has been central to the careers of such internationally renowned theatre groups and artists as One Yellow Rabbit, the Ronnie Burkett Theatre of Marionettes, Brad Fraser, and Vern Thiessen. It is also home to the largest fringe festival in North America, The Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival.
