Using a flash to fill in deep shadows can add dimension to your images. If you have a particularly contrasty image, you can use a flash to lighten the shadows and return the image to what you thought you saw with your eyes when you shot the image. Besides discussing fill flash for both point-and-shoot cameras and SLR cameras, I also discuss a Photoshop method of "fill" for images where you didn't use a flash to fillÃïïsaving older images. I believe they are on to something with the amount of digital images and videos shot annually. Their method of digitizing your "memories" works in two dimensions.
