Interview Ken Boyd, the former Director of the Division of Oil & Gas in the Department of Natural Resources. In that capacity Ken was responsible for management of all aspects of the State of Alaska’s leasing programs, royalty accounting, unitizations, settlement negotiations and in-kind oil sales. Ken has extensive experience providing legislative testimony and providing information to government agencies, the media and public. Ken has a Masters in geology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
