The average American spends too much time in front of a screen,
over-stressed and unhappy. This is the story of an average Joe who decides
that he is fed up with his physical condition and takes action.
Through smash-mouth fight training and a back-to-the-basics approach to
eating, his goal is to lose 25 lbs in 40 days. Ultimate Joe follows his
progress through bite-sized daily shows that encourage viewers to follow
along and even participate with Joe.
Each episode will feature a Pro-Tip from professional fighters, trainers
and nutritionists, as well as a description of the workout plan followed in
the show.
In the first ever daily reality video podcast, the training will be real,
the blood will be real, the life-change will be real.
Episodes will be released each weekday for eight weeks. In addition to
the show, daily blogs and behind the scene extras will offer greater details
and insight as the story unfolds.
