In this episode Bryan and Ben discuss Parallels' revolutionary product that lets users of Intel Mac's run any version of Windows on their computers simultaneously with Mac OSX with little or no performance hit vs. a standalone PC. Episode 22 is aimed to inform Macintosh users and potential users of Samsung's new SC-X210L about system incompatibilities with OSX. Samsung is currently marketing this camera as OSX compatible, however I have on record from Samsung that this is not the case currently. It's very important for corporations such as Samsung to stand behind their producs and frankly so far they are leaving their users out in the cold. Please forward information on this episode to video consumers and media outlets so others can be protected from purchasing a product that doesn't work as advertised and spending needless frustration with troubleshooting for no reason. Episode 21 of iBryan is dedicated to helping Professional Photographer's with the selling of portrait frames. Autoframe is software designed by The Levin Company to help customers visualize their frames. This software can show clients their photos with framing options and even show them what it will look like hanging in their home. There is so much this software can do so give a listen and check it out. Levin's software is Windows only but thanks to Parallels Desktop for Mac you can run Autoframe or any other Windows software right alongside Mac OSX with NO need to reboot and no major performance loss as with legacy Windows emulation products. In this episode iBryan discusses upgrading RAM in an Intel based Mac Mini. This upgrade is thought by many to require installation by a service center or Apple Store but the great people at Other World Computing show you it can be done by you potentially saving hundreds of dollars. Included in this episode is information on why you need RAM and how it's among the cheapest performance upgrades available. Parliant's Phone Valet software has great features like multiple mail boxes with options for information only mailboxes, message forwarding to email, call monitoring and so much more at a fraction of the cost of other dedicated systems.
