I'm not a professional anything, but I do meditate regularly and find that having it recorded is very helpful. Having meditations on your iPod lets you take them with you anywhere. Meditate in your office or on a mountainside.

Wynyfryd's Meditation Room Episodes - | Anne's Meditation | Wonderful, rejeuvenating meditation sent to me by Anne in Israel, who translated and transcribed it for us. Starts with a 'follow-your-breath' segment, then moves into mental tranquility, then building of your spiritual skin to keep out negativity. Includes a long music-only interval for deeper relaxation and/or contemplation. EDIT: Re-mixed on 10/29 to eliminate more noise.

| Oceanside Cove Meditation | A lovely walk along the beach meditation. The meditator is led down stairs to the water's edge, then into a private cove to spend some relaxing time. A bit shorter than previous meditations.

| Chakra Clearing Meditation | A very basic Chakra Clearing meditation. It introduces each Chakra with it's color and associated bodily effect. The listener is led from the Root Chakra up through the Crown Chakra. Crown Chakra color is purple extending out into white/clear.

| Tree of Life Meditation | The first meditation most people learn, it is very basic and great for grounding yourself to the Earth and the Universe, for connecting into the vast energy source around us and for filtering off the stress and negative energy you may be holding. Learning this meditation should be your first step if you have never meditated before.
