| BTS #30: The Show with the Appliance | The second annual Podcast Expo is over and you've probably already heard all the details from other shows and forums so in this edition I'm going to focus on the top three products I saw at the show and which every podcaster should be aware of. In future shows I'll have some additional interviews I did at the Podcast Expo, including Joanne Colan from Rocket Boom, Fr. Roderick from Catholic Insider, Brian Ibbott from Coverville, and several others. In addition, future editions of Behind the Scenes will be taking a look at how to build a podcast from the ground up using my new show, What's On! as a model. Enjoy!

| BTS #27: Video Podcasting Redux | What?! Yes, Behind the Scenes is back after a long spring/summer vacation. I'm still trying to decide what format the show will take but in the meantime here is my updated perspective on video podcasts. (This show was recorded earlier this summer.)

| We Don't Need No Stinkin' Transmitters! (Repost) | Every so often I get requests asking where to find the MP3 for "We don't need no stinkin' transmitters," so here it is again. This is a short, 192Mbps parody of the "We don't need no stinkin' badges" line originally from the movie The Treasure of the Sierra Madre and later made famous in Mel Brooks' Blazing Saddles and by John Belushi's killer bee in Saturday Night Live. You can see and hear the original and its variations here:

I did it for kicks one night a while ago and thought it was an appropriate battle cry for podcasters! Feel free to use this as you see fit in your own podcast.
