Tha Dusty Plugz produce smoky beats, inspired by jazz, ethnic and hip hop styles. The project was started by Japan based UK producer Nick Ridley and has recently seen the recruitment of L.A. based undergound legend - x-kid - on MC duties. Nick was previously based in NYC and has been collaborating with underground poets and MCs for the last few years. X-kid has also been no stranger to the scene, supporting Smif n Wesson, Jeru the Damaja and Immortal Technique
