They're slowly making their way down from the east through releases on Syncopathic or Transmute Records and also through the sets of some brave DJs that dare to chop the air into pieces with the razerblade-break-o-ramas the man is reknown for. Daylight is the first in a series of several free self-released singles from Swedish artist Hinode. The music will be released under a CC-license and available to download from Internet Archive. The first single, Daylight (HIN001), is a dark, atmospheric and monotonous techno track with a snappy bassline. In 2005 l?Embrouille made the Melenick Session: Drum & Bass casse-tête [swm003] mix and early last year my 2nd Netcandy mix 'Let's break' combined hip hop, breakbeat and drum & bass. As far as I can tell, the DNB netlabel scene has been growing since then and there are a lot of great tracks waiting to be downloaded. The history of the relationship between man and machine is a history of symbolic interpretation and design of this relationship. But on the third volume of the Ultra Dark Radio-Compilation it has less to do with omnipotent feelings than with the contrast of various musical genres. So on the first part of the compilation mainly machines are running their riot during the second part brings handmade guitarsounds to the fans' ears.
