Merry Christmas Gamer Nation. What is this?  Why, a Christmas gift to you dear listener.  Step into the Wayback Machine for a glimpse of things as they could have been.  In 2007 a series of experiments took place on TalkShoe.  The idea of a live call in show about board games crossed my mind and I toyed around with the idea for a bit.  One amazing day I got the guest of guests, the creme de la creme of Board Gaming, Aldie from BoardGameGeek.  This is that interview. He was kind enough to stop in and talk with me for a while and gave some insight into BoardGameGeek and what he tries to do with it and why it works.  If you ever wanted to know what goes on behind the scenes of BGG (or at least did back in 2007) and get to know it's co-creator and administrator, this is the show to listen to.  The audio isn't  great (Really not great in spots; Talkshoe was a pretty fledgling system back then and had many kinks to work out) so be tolerant, but your patience will be rewarded.  Heck, even I was still trying to work out this whole podcasting thing at the time.  Sit back and enjoy Game On!
