Subject: Great Approach
Comment: This podcast is technically well produced and sent out on a regular basis. The host, Sheri (last name I can't remember) has great insight, and a calming manner. She helps me remember that our diet can be a nurturing aspect of our life.

Comment: The show has some pretty good ideas. I really relate to it. It's helping me to change some things about myself that I didn't even think of as a problem before.
