The intimate Burberry Autumn/ Winter 2008 advertising campaign, shot by Mario Testino, is brought to life with scenes of British actor, Sam Riley at the shoot in London?s Royal Kensington Gardens. Interspersed with footage from the Burberry manufacturing locations in Northern England, Riley is featured wearing key outerwear, eveningwear and suiting alongside British model, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. The video also includes looks from the Burberry Prorsum menswear catwalk show in Milan and a backstage peak at Creative Director, Christopher Bailey preparing for the show. The video is accompanied by the song Just for Tonight by British band One Night Only.

Getting ready to light up the New York skyline, a fifty foot Burberry sign is installed on the roof of the new Burberry Americas headquarters at 444 Madison Avenue. The sign will be illuminated on 28 May - The day declared as the official Burberry Day in New York City by Mayor Bloomberg.
