On The Deck is a new podcast presenting an exercise in total indulgence. Hosted & produced by David Arellano, a pro musician, who thinks he knows a lot about good music and would like to share that knowledge. This podcast is weekly and features eclectic music, in all styles, ranging from rock, r&b, pop, country, jazz, standards, reggae, oldies, to current hits. All genres, from the 1920s to today. Tha Dusty Plugz produce smoky beats, inspired by jazz, ethnic and hip hop styles. The project was started by Japan based UK producer Nick Ridley and has recently seen the recruitment of L.A. based undergound legend - x-kid - on MC duties. Nick was previously based in NYC and has been collaborating with underground poets and MCs for the last few years. X-kid has also been no stranger to the scene, supporting Smif n Wesson, Jeru the Damaja and Immortal Technique
