Being based in Japan ourselves, some of us have to commute to work every day, on jam-packed commuter trains being bombarded with tabloid and morally controversial visual ads hanging from the ceilings. Our initial idea is to podcast material which is short, thought-provoking and also educational for commuters, offering material which provides a far richer and stimulating experience than those provided by these advertisements.
Each episode will be delivered with a transcript which can be read on either a PC or MP3 player. This means that these podcasts/transcript can also be used as material for Japanese language learners. |
